Palatinose™ is a naturally sourced carbohydrate derived from sucrose found in sugar beets. It provides the same caloric energy as regular sugar (4 kcal/g) but is digested more slowly, leading to a lower and more gradual rise in blood glucose and insulin levels. This slow digestion supports sustained energy release.
